This honey has an excellent flavor, is locally sourced and has all of the health benefits of real honey (with pollen which is the only way you can determine the source of any honey). Stay away from most honey on the store shelves as they are using Chinese honey that is microfiltered and overprocessed, meaning the pollen is absent which is the source of any health benefits.
