The Berkshire ham makes a beautiful presentation on a cutting board or center of the table. Our Heritage Berkshire Pigs are pasture-raised. Living a stress-free, happy, natural lifestyle of rooting in the ground, wading in the mud and soaking up the sunshine. You can rest assured that these pigs have been cared for the old-fashioned way.
All our animals are raised on pasture using sustainable farming practices. They are never ever given antibiotics or hormones.
